The Prestige Estates has launched housing project Prestige ‘Golden Grove’ in Tellapur, Hyderabad. The company announced the project on Friday, April 3, with an estimated revenue potential of 9,500 INR-Crore. The residential township forms part of the developer’s expansion strategy in the Hyderabad market.
The project will be developed over an anticipated 28.6 Acres. It will feature 5,120 residential units with a total saleable area of about 10.36 Million-SqFt. The development will include multiple apartment configurations, ranging from 2 BHK to 4 BHK units. Additionally, select units will include staff accommodation, indicating a mix of mid to premium housing formats.

Once completed, the Prestige Estates Hyderabad housing project is expected to add large-scale residential supply in the Tellapur micro-market. The development will also support ongoing urban expansion and housing demand in Hyderabad’s western corridor.
