Prestige Estates Projects Ltd has partnered with a landowner to develop a Gurugram housing project in Haryana. The company announced the development recently with an estimated Gross Development Value (GDV) of about 4,200 INR-Crore. The project will span an anticipated 17 Acres of land parcel.
The project will be developed as a residential complex with multiple towers. It will include modern housing units along with supporting infrastructure. Additionally, the development will integrate open spaces and planned residential layouts. The company will execute the project under a joint development model.

Once completed, the Gurugram housing project is expected to strengthen Prestige Estates’ presence in the NCR market. It will also contribute to residential supply in Gurugram and support ongoing urban development in the region.
