Puravankara Limited has entered into a joint development agreement for the Hennur Road residential project in Bengaluru. The project will be developed on a 4 Acre land parcel and has an estimated Gross Development Value (GDV) of over 1,300 INR-Crore. The agreement forms part of the company’s strategy to expand its residential portfolio in high-demand micro-markets across the city.
The development will further offer a total saleable area of around 0.84 Million–SqFt. The proposed project will likely feature premium residential units supported by modern amenities and residential infrastructure. Located along Hennur Road, the site benefits from proximity to major IT hubs, social infrastructure, and key transport corridors in North Bengaluru.
