Raymond Realty Limited has launched the ‘Ten X District 9’ residential project in Thane, Maharashtra. The development spans an anticipated 9 Acres and carries an estimated revenue potential of 2,000 INR-Crore. The project has received RERA approval and aligns with sustainability standards set by the Indian Green Building Council.
The residential project will offer 2-bedroom residences ranging from 600 SqFt to 820 SqFt. The development will allocate over 5 Acres to landscaped open spaces. The development is located 0.5 Km from the Eastern Express Highway and about 3 Km from Thane Railway Station. It will also benefit from connectivity to the upcoming Metro Lines 4, 4A, and 5, along with the proposed Thane–Borivali twin-tube tunnel. Once completed, the Raymond Realty residential project is expected to strengthen housing supply in Thane and support residential growth driven by expanding urban infrastructure.
