RCC Nutrafill has laid the foundation stone for a new food processing and life sciences facility in Angamaly. This is a major step toward boosting Kerala’s industrial growth. The project represents an estimated investment of 100 INR-Crore. It is expected to create 500 direct and indirect jobs across two phases. This integrated hub will combine cold storage, warehousing, and research and development. The facility will handle life sciences and FMCG products, ensuring a robust and innovative ecosystem.
RCC Nutrafill will build the facility on an anticipated 5 Acres plot at the KSIDC Business Park in Angamaly. The company expects to complete Phase 1 of the project within the next 24 months. Upon completion, it will feature the first Gamma Irradiation facility in Kerala. This technology will extend the shelf life of food, marine, and agricultural products. Moreover, it will maintain product quality while also adhering to global standards.
