Keystone Realtors Ltd (Rustomjee Group), a Mumbai-based firm, has secured the Letter of Acceptance (LoA) for a redevelopment project in GTB Nagar, Sion. The cost of this project is estimated at 4,521 INR-Crore.
This project will spread across an anticipated 11.19 Acres, with a total saleable area of 20.7 Lakh-SqFt. It will be undertaken in partnership with Maharashtra Housing Area and Development Authority (MHADA).

This redevelopment project by Rustomjee will include 25 buildings providing 635 SqFt homes. It will help a total of 1,400 residents, 1,200 society members, and 200 slum residents.
