SAEL Industries will invest an estimated 8,000 INR-Crore to establish a large-scale solar facility across Uttar Pradesh (UP). The proposed facility will span multiple sites to boost regional power infrastructure and generate employment.
The solar plant will produce TOPCon (Tunnel Oxide Passivated Contact) cells—renowned globally for high-efficiency solar technology. The solar cells will be integrated into panels via an in-house Module Manufacturing Line. This process strengthens supply efficiency and ensures product quality. This solar facility by SAEL in UP will further support scalable clean energy delivery with smart grid applications.

Construction of the SAEL solar facility will begin later this year in phases. It will further enhance India’s renewable roadmap and meet industrial power demand. Notably, the SAEL solar facility across UP aligns with India’s net-zero goals by 2070.
