Sattva Group launches 50 Acres ‘Sattva city’ project; GDV at 8,600 INR-Crore

Sattva Group has launched the Bengaluru 15-minute city project on Tuesday, March 24. The development spans an anticipated 50 Acres and carries an estimated Gross Development Value of over 8,600 INR-Crore. The project, named ‘Sattva City’, is located in North Bengaluru along the airport corridor.

The development will follow a ‘15-minute city’ model, integrating residential, retail, and leisure components within close proximity. It will offer a mix of 2, 2.5, 3, 3.5 and 4 BHK units, including penthouses. The first phase will include around 2,500 residential units. The project will also emphasize open spaces, with about 84% of the land allocated to landscaped and green areas.

Once developed, the Sattva Bengaluru Sattva city project will support integrated urban living and reduce dependency on long commutes. It will also strengthen residential development along Bengaluru’s airport corridor and support planned urban expansion in the region.
