The newly acquired plot covers an anticipated 24,000 SqM and holds strong development potential due to its prime location. The company has not announced the official start and completion timeline. However, it is planning to initiate the project in a structured and coordinated manner. The development will complement its ongoing pipeline of 20 Million-SqFt under construction, ensuring steady progress and value creation for future stakeholders.
