Solarium Green Energy Limited has received a Letter of Award (LoA) for the solar project dated Wednesday, April 1. The contract is valued at an estimated 188.525 INR-Crore, excluding GST. The company will act as a sub-contractor for a 50 MWac Solar PV Power Project in Maharashtra. The project has been awarded by Maharashtra State Power Generation Company Limited.
The scope of work includes end-to-end Engineering, Procurement and Construction activities. It also covers installation, testing and commissioning of the solar power infrastructure. Additionally, the contract includes 3 years of Operation and Maintenance services. The project will involve development of solar PV systems and associated electrical infrastructure for power generation.

The Solarium solar project will strengthen the company’s presence in the renewable energy sector. It is also expected to contribute to revenue generation during the execution period.
