Tata Projects Ltd has received an estimated 800 INR-Crore contract from Experion Developers for building a premium high-rise housing project in Gurugram. The project is part of an overall investment of around 2,500 INR-Crore.
Tata Projects has been named the principal contractor for Experion’s upcoming project, The Trillion, in Sector 48, Gurugram. The development will span around 2.5 Million-SqFt and include 45 floors in each tower, making it the tallest in the area. The company will ensure timely delivery and maintain high construction quality, strengthening its position in premium residential projects.
