TDI Infratech and DC Group to invest an estimated 750 INR-Crore in Ludhiana township project. The integrated township will be developed in Ludhiana, Punjab. The companies announced the project as part of their expansion in North India’s residential real estate market.
The development will span approximately 150 Acres and will include plotted developments, residential units, and supporting infrastructure. The project will also incorporate internal roads, utilities, and community infrastructure aligned with township planning norms. Additionally, the developers will focus on integrated planning to support residential and lifestyle requirements within the township.
