This project consists of a luxury seafacing township named ‘Raheja Exotica: the Ocean City’ near Madh Island, Mumbai.

Raheja Universal is actively developing its upcoming luxury seafacing township, ‘Raheja Exotica: the Ocean City’, near Madh Island, Malad West. Spanning across an anticipated 30.66 Acres, the total construction cost for this project is 711 INR-Crore. Meanwhile, the total construction area is approximately 12,93,020 SqFt.

Tower configurations in Raheja Exotica:

Raheja Exotica consists of 9 towers, out of which 3 are completed and 4 are under construction. The under-construction towers are Verona, Siena, and Cyprus.

• Verona: It consists of 2 basements, a lower and upper ground floor, and 35 upper floors. It offers 2, 3, and 4 BHK apartments. 
• Cyprus: It consists of 3 basements, a lower and upper ground floor, and 35 upper floors. It offers 2,3,4, BHK apartments. 
• Siena: It consists of 2 basements, a lower and upper ground floor, and 35 upper floors. It offers 1-2 BHK apartments. Siena also features a commercial space on the ground floor named “Downtown”. It comprises a basement, a ground Floor, and  2 upper floors.

Moreover, this gated community project consists of 5 zones and 37 amenities. These amenities include a 22,627 SqM operational clubhouse featuring a swimming pool, rejuvenating spa, Jacuzzi, gymnasium, and a squash court. Additionally, Raheja Exotica will feature a spacious amphitheatre, a multipurpose banquet hall, a game room, among others. 

The Design Architect for this project is Mandviwala Qutub & Associates (MQA), the Structural Engineering is Shirish Patel & Associates Consultants Private Limited (SPA), and MEP is John Mech-El Technologies Private Limited.
