L&T Realty is developing L&T Evara Heights, a high-rise residential project at Pokhran Road, Thane West.

Project Overview:

L&T Realty is actively developing its high-rise residential project in Thane, named “L&T Evara”. This residential development will span an anticipated 12.2 Acres of land parcel. Furthermore, the estimated construction cost of the project is 4,835 INR-Crore, with a construction area of 8,791,190 SqFt. The overall development comprises multiple residential towers along with rehabilitation buildings and a school component.

L&T Evara Heights comprises three rehabilitation buildings (R1–R3) and four new residential towers (Towers 1, 2, 4 & 5). It will also include a school block within the project layout. The project also integrates lifestyle amenities and landscaped open spaces. Prominent amenities include a clubhouse, swimming pool, gymnasium, landscaped gardens, and also children’s play areas. Moreover, design architects Sandeep Shikre & Associates and Nexstep Consultant have designed this project. Meanwhile, Epicons Consultants is the structural engineering consultant, alongside Jacob Bastyaw D’souza. L&T Constructions is executing the civil works for L&T Evara. Moreover, LEAD Consultancy & Engineering Services (India) Private Limited is serving as the MEP Consultant.
