Project Overview:
Aaditri Housing Private Limited is developing Aaditri Everest in Ameenpur, Hyderabad. The project spans an anticipated 16.38 Acres and will feature an approximate construction area of 8,016,157 SqFt. Overall, the estimated construction cost stands at 3,607 INR-Crore. Currently, construction commenced in 2024, and the project is scheduled for completion in 2029.
Furthermore, Aaditri Everest will comprise nine residential towers configured as 3 Basements + Ground Floor + 42 Upper Floors, along with one amenity block. The amenity block will accommodate several recreational and community facilities. These include a clubhouse, banquet hall, restaurant, spa, theater, aerobics hall, gymnasium, yoga hall, indoor games area, conference rooms, and guest suite rooms. Meanwhile, outdoor recreational facilities will feature swimming pools, a lap pool, a tennis court, a half basketball court, cricket practice nets, a skating rink, children’s play areas, among others.
The project will also include landscaped spaces such as grand walkways, a zen garden, a hammock park, pavilion areas, sensory walkways, orchid courts, and palm courts. An amphitheater with seating areas will also be part of the landscape design. Additionally, the development will feature dedicated zones for outdoor fitness and recreation. These include multipurpose decks with BBQ areas, an outdoor cafeteria, and a music court.
Spaarcs Architects is serving as the design architect for the development and is responsible for architectural planning and tower design. Meanwhile, the substructure work for this project is 100% complete.
