Lansum Properties, in partnership with MK Realty, is developing ‘Lansum MK Encanto’, a premium high-rise residential project located at Puppalguda, Makthakousarali, Hyderabad. Spread across an anticipated 5.7 Acres, it will have a total built-up area of approximately 32.42 Lakh-SqFt. The project has an estimated construction cost of 2,107 INR-Crore.
Encanto is planned as a 3-tower residential complex, each rising 60 upper floors, with a separate eight storey clubhouse. The development is designed with a strong focus on open spaces, with landscaped areas and amenities spread across the podium and ground levels. It features a wide array of lifestyle and recreational facilities, including tennis and pickleball courts, a skating rink, cricket practice nets, basketball areas, jogging tracks, and outdoor fitness spaces. Wellness-oriented amenities such as yoga decks, reflexology walkways, meditation lawns, and elderly sit-out zones are integrated into the landscape.
Meanwhile, social and leisure zones include festival lawns, party lawns, amphitheater seating, event lawns, networking lounges, outdoor library spaces, kiosks, and gazebo seating. Additionally, landscape features include constellation plazas, dialogue courts, Miyawaki forest zones, themed gardens, and water features, creating a comprehensive recreational environment that complements the high-rise residential towers.
Genesis Planners Private Limited is handling the project’s architectural design, while Integral Designs International Studio Private Limited is responsible for the landscape design. ARSA Engineering Consultancy Services Private Limited has been appointed as the structural engineering consultant, and Synergy Infra Consultants Private Limited is overseeing the MEP engineering services.

As of March 2026, the basement RCC work is currently in progress for Tower 1 and Tower 2. Meanwhile, for tower 3, rafting work is in progress.
