This project envisages the development of a premium mixed-use high-rise complex, named ‘Kalpataru One’, at Worli in Mumbai.
Project Overview:
Kalpataru One by Kalpataru Limited in Mumbai represents a premium mixed-use development redefining luxury living in Worli. Spread across an anticipated 5.45 Acres of land, the project carries an estimated construction cost of 1,476 INR-Crore. It also encompasses a substantial construction area of 2,684,042 SqFt.
Kalpataru One, Worli comprises 3 residential towers and 1 commercial tower, designed with a strong emphasis on vertical luxury and exclusivity. Residential Tower 1 will have 63 upper floors, while Towers 2 and 3 will each have 33 upper floors. Additionally, the commercial tower will rise to 21 upper floors. With only two residences per floor, the Grandeur 4 and 5 BHK homes are planned to ensure privacy and spacious layouts. The project will also offer over 30 ultra-luxury amenities. These include a squash court, yoga room, lounge bar, guest suites, spa and salon, and badminton court, among others.
HB Design, Singapore, and Entech Consultant, serve as the design architects for this project, while COEN Design Singapore leads the landscape design strategy. Gokani Consultants functions as the structural engineer. Furthermore, SEED Engineering Consultants has been appointed as the MEP consultant, overseeing mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems for the development.

As of February 2026, construction activity is underway across the residential towers at Kalpataru One, Worli.
- Plinth work is in progress for Tower 1.
- Basement RCC work is progressing for Tower 2.
- Excavation work is ongoing for Tower 3.
