UST in partnership with Kaynes to invest 3,330 INR-Crore for semiconductor manufacturing unit in Gujarat

UST, an AI and technology solutions firm, will invest an estimated 3,330 INR-Crore in Kaynes Semicon to set up a semiconductor manufacturing unit in Gujarat. The Outsourced Semiconductor Assembly and Test (OSAT) facility will bring advanced semiconductor capabilities to India. 

The semiconductor facility will be built in Sanand. The project will start soon, aiming to strengthen India’s position in global semiconductor manufacturing.

Krishna Sudheendra, CEO, UST, highlighted that the partnership with Kaynes Semicon will leverage India’s strengths to build a strong foundation for semiconductor manufacturing. Additionally, the UST semiconductor Gujarat initiative is set to boost the country’s presence in the global semiconductor industry.
