Valor Estate Limited, earlier known as D B Realty Limited, partnered with GHV Infra Projects Ltd to deliver the PAP and Police Housing Project in Malad (East), Mumbai. The company informed the exchange about the collaboration on Thursday, August 21.
The housing project involves building nearly 13,374 affordable tenements under the PAP Scheme. Moreover, the project carries an initial value of an estimated 2,000 INR-Crore. Additionally, the project is expected to be completed within sixty months from commencement. Valor Estate secured the housing mandate from the Municipal Corporation of Greater Mumbai (MCGM) through a competitive bidding process. Subsequently, the corporation issued a Letter of Acceptance on October 11, 2024, and later released a corrigendum on June 4, 2025.

GHV Infra will handle Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) responsibilities. Furthermore, Valor and GHV plan to execute the formal contract soon, subject to standard approvals. Consequently, this collaboration strengthens large-scale housing delivery in Mumbai
