Ventive Hospitality and Marriott have announced a strategic hotel expansion plan across India. The partnership will add six new properties by 2030. This move will boost Marriott’s portfolio by over 1,400 rooms.

The hotel expansion includes projects in Varanasi, Mundra, Pune, and Navi Mumbai. Two hotels—the 161-room Varanasi Marriott and the 200-keys Courtyard by Marriott Mundra—are being developed by Ventive. The other four hotels include a 450-room JW Marriott and a 200-room Moxy in Navi Mumbai. Meanwhile, Moxy Wakad will offer 264 rooms, and Moxy Kharadi will feature 200 rooms, both located in Pune. These will be built by Ventive’s promoter group of companies under a Right of First Offer (ROFO) arrangement.
