Waa Solar has recently secured an estimated 225 INR-Crore solar project from Madhya Pradesh Urja Vikas Nigam Ltd (MPUVNL). The development marks a major boost for Waa Solar as it expands its renewable energy footprint in MP, strengthening its position in the state’s clean power sector.
The project forms part of the Surya Mitra Krishi Feeders Scheme, which includes a feeder solarisation component under the PM-KUSUM-C program. Waa Solar will execute the contract as a domestic order within 18 months from the signing of the Power Purchase Agreement (PPA).
