Welspun One Logistics Parks (WOLP), the industrial and warehousing arm of Welspun Group, acquired 107 Acres across two prime hubs in Bengaluru. With this addition, the company expanded its footprint to over 260 Acres across Karnataka and Tamil Nadu. Consequently, the new acquisitions provide a development potential of more than 6 Million-SqFt backed by an investment of 2,150 INR-Crore (250 US$-Million). This marks a significant milestone in Bengaluru warehousing growth.
In East Bengaluru’s Hoskote cluster, WOLP secured 51 Acres to develop a Proxima category park. The project will serve 3PLs, FMCG, and retail operators. Furthermore, the site offers strong connectivity to the upcoming Satellite Town Ring Road (STRR) and Bengaluru–Chennai Expressway. This cluster positions Bengaluru warehousing as a preferred hub for fast-moving supply chains

At Devanahalli, WOLP acquired 56 Acres to develop Proxima Plus, a premium park designed for high-value sectors such as aerospace, EV, electronics, and pharma. Additionally, the Yelahanka–Devanahalli cluster faces a projected demand-supply gap of 2.4 Million-SqFt by FY 2029, which the project aims to address. As a result, the expansion strengthens Bengaluru’s warehousing capacity in future-ready segments.
These acquisitions symbolise a long-term commitment to building South India’s supply chain backbone. Moreover, Proxima and Proxima Plus will deliver scalable and modern solutions for logistics users. With this expansion, WOLP set its goal to build a portfolio of 20–25 Million-SqFt and achieve 2.5 US$- Billion AUM by 2028. Ultimately, the Bengaluru warehousing expansion underlines the company’s strategy to invest early, develop efficiently, and support India’s evolving logistics ecosystem.
