Wyndham Hotels & Resorts has entered India’s upscale leisure hospitality segment with the signing of two “Dolce by Wyndham” resort projects. The developments will be located in Goa and Udaipur, marking the brand’s debut in the Indian market. Wyndham is developing the projects in partnership with Fine Acers Group. Together, the two signings strengthen Wyndham’s presence in India’s premium leisure and destination hospitality segment.
The Goa resort will be located at Keri Beach. It will feature around 200 rooms and suites. The property will also include dining facilities, wellness amenities, swimming pools, and event spaces designed for leisure and group travel.

Meanwhile, the Udaipur resort will come up at Kodiyat. The project will offer approximately 250 rooms. Additionally, it will include banquet halls, meeting spaces, restaurants, and wellness facilities. The company is positioning the resort to cater to weddings, conferences, and leisure tourism. Furthermore, Wyndham Hotels & Resorts will operate both properties under the Dolce by Wyndham brand and expects to open them by 2030.
