The Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority (YEIDA) has issued Letters of Intent (LoIs) for four industrial projects along the Yamuna Expressway. The combined proposed investments approved by YEIDA stand at 1,220 INR-Crore. However, final land allotment and execution remain subject to approval from the Uttar Pradesh Government. The projects span data centers, integrated packaging, advanced plastics manufacturing, and apparel production.
The largest allocation has been awarded to GNIPL (USEL Group). The company will invest 750 INR-Crore to develop an integrated packaging hub on an anticipated 50 Acres in Sector 8D. The facility will cater to FMCG, pharmaceuticals, e-commerce, and industrial supply chains. Specifically, the scale of the land parcel indicates significant warehousing and logistics demand in the corridor.

Meanwhile, B.K. Sales Corporation has secured an anticipated 5 Acres for a hyperscale data center campus. The proposed investment stands at 400 INR-Crore. The project will be developed in two phases. Additionally, it will include two data center buildings with capacity for nearly 7,000 server racks.
Italy-based Simplast Group will invest an estimated 70 INR-Crore on an anticipated 3 Acres to establish an advanced plastics and rotational moulding unit for the automotive sector. Meanwhile, Sahu Exports has received an anticipated 2.5 Acres in Sector 29 to expand its garment manufacturing operations.
These allocations reinforce the Yamuna Expressway as a high-growth industrial corridor, with YEIDA continuing to facilitate large-scale private investments.
