Embassy Developments plans to launch six residential projects in North Bengaluru with an estimated investment of 10,300 INR-Crore. These projects will deliver nearly 5.6 Million-SqFt of premium apartments and villas. The company already secured RERA approval for Embassy Greenshore and Embassy Verde Phase II inside the 288 Acres Embassy Springs township. These premium launches will supply more than 800 spacious residences with upgraded unit layouts and refined specifications.
Furthermore, the Embassy Developments will introduce a large residential project in Hebbal during FY26 in Bengaluru. This 10 Acres development stands next to Embassy Lake Terraces and will include more than 600 residences. The plan targets contemporary buyers who prefer space-efficient 3 BHK and 4 BHK formats. Embassy expansion strategy also includes two villa-led projects spanning 116 Acres within luxury-driven housing corridors.
