Sunteck Realty Limited has announced plans to launch a new ultra-luxury residential development in Goregaon West. The project carries a Gross Development Value (GDV) of 3,000 INR-Crore, marking one of the company’s most ambitious ventures in Mumbai’s western suburbs.
The development will be spread across an anticipated 3 Acres and feature a 42-storey tower. Moreover, the first phase is expected to contribute nearly 1,250 INR-Crore to the GDV. It will further include 0.5 Million-SqFt of saleable area with 225 3 and 4 BHK residences. The Sunteck Realty Goregaon project will offer private elevator access, dedicated lobbies, and expansive decks. Additionally, homes will overlook the Aarey Forest and Mumbai skyline, providing rare views in the western suburbs. Meanwhile, the project has been designed by Hong Kong-based architect James Law.

Planned as a mixed-use destination, the Sunteck Realty Goregaon development will combine luxury residences with commercial spaces, retail, and dining options. Besides, it will include over 100,000 SqFt of recreational amenities such as a double-height lobby, landscaped green decks, and a residents-only club.
