Ramky Infrastructure wins 1,402 INR-Crore EPC contract for DPIA development

Ramky Infrastructure Limited has secured an Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) contract worth 1,401.84 INR-Crore for infrastructure development in the Dighi Port Industrial Area (DPIA) Phase I in Raigad district, Maharashtra. The company announced the contract on Wednesday, March 4, through an official filing under SEBI (LODR) Regulations.

The scope of the contract includes design, engineering, construction, testing and commissioning of infrastructure networks. It includes construction of internal roads and allied structures. Additionally, it covers stormwater systems and water treatment infrastructure. Furthermore, the project will develop water distribution networks and sewerage systems, recycled water distribution and power distribution infrastructure. Moreover, the contractor will construct utility ducts for information and communication technology.

Ramky Infrastructure must complete the EPC works within 930 days from the appointed date. The contract also includes a 4-year Operation and Maintenance (O&M) period from the Commercial Operation Date (COD). This may further be extended by mutual agreement. The award reinforces the company’s presence in large-scale industrial infrastructure projects. The Ramky contract will contribute to building critical connectivity and utility networks in DPIA. Additionally, it will support broader industrial growth in Raigad district and along the DMIC corridor.
