BPTP awards 488 INR-Crore contract to NCC Limited for Downtown 66 project in Gurugram

NCC Limited has received a construction contract worth 488 INR-Crore from BPTP Limited for The Downtown 66 Gurugram project. The residential development is located in Sector 66, Gurugram, along Golf Course Extension Road. The contract covers civil structure and finishing works as part of the overall project execution.

The project involves a total construction area of approximately 1,79,302 SqM The scope includes construction of residential towers and associated amenities as per approved project plans. Additionally, the development will integrate inputs from global and domestic consultants across architecture, landscape, lighting, façade, MEP, and fire safety systems. The project is being executed in compliance with applicable approvals and regulatory frameworks.

The Downtown 66 Gurugram project will strengthen premium residential supply in Gurugram. It will also support organized urban development along Golf Course Extension Road and enhance housing infrastructure in the region.
