Prestige Estates Projects Limited has entered into a joint venture with ABIL Group for the Versova residential project in Mumbai. The company announced the development on Friday, April 10. The project has an estimated Gross Development Value (GDV) of over 9,000 INR-Crore and will be executed through Aaramnagar Realty LLP.
The development will span around 6 Acres and offer a total development potential of approximately 1.7 Million-SqFt. The project is planned as a premium residential development. It will cater to demand in Mumbai’s western suburbs. The site is located in Aram Nagar, Versova, which has strong connectivity and established social infrastructure.

Once completed, the Versova residential project is expected to strengthen premium housing supply in Mumbai. It will also support continued real estate activity in the western suburbs.
