The Greater Noida Industrial Development Authority (GNIDA) has floated a tender for the Greater Noida logistics park in Sector Kappa-II near Dadri. The authority plans to develop a multi-modal logistics park over an anticipated 174 Acres with an estimated investment of 1,000 INR-Crore. Officials issued the tender as part of the developer selection process through an e-auction route.
The proposed logistics park will be located near the Inland Container Depot in Dadri. It will benefit from proximity to the upcoming Noida International Airport and connectivity to the Eastern and Western Dedicated Freight Corridors. The development will include container terminals, cargo yards, mechanised warehousing, and cold storage infrastructure. Additionally, the project will support rail-linked logistics operations along with trucking and last-mile connectivity systems. The land will be allotted on a 90-year lease to the selected developer.
