Brigade Group has signed a Joint Development Agreement (JDA) for the East Bengaluru township project on Wednesday, April 15. The agreement covers a land parcel of 8.63 Acres in Gunjur, East Bengaluru. The development will form part of a larger 39 Acres integrated township with an estimated Gross Development Value of about 7,200 INR-Crore.
The project will be developed as a large-scale residential township in the Whitefield–Sarjapur corridor. The company is assembling the total land parcel through a mix of joint development agreements and outright purchases. The township will include multi-generational housing, including senior living spaces, along with planned amenities and community infrastructure. The 8.63 Acres parcel will enable the next phase of execution within the larger 39 Acres master-planned development.

Once completed, the East Bengaluru township project will strengthen residential supply in a key growth corridor. It will also support large-scale urban development in the Whitefield–Sarjapur region and expand Brigade Group’s presence in Bengaluru.
