IHG signs InterContinental Jaipur Achrol Resort project in Rajasthan

IHG Hotels & Resorts has signed the InterContinental Achrol Resort project in Jaipur, Rajasthan. The company signed a management agreement with Makson India Hospitality Pvt Ltd on Tuesday, May 19. The luxury resort project will come up along the Delhi–Jaipur Road in Achrol and is scheduled to open in early 2030.

The proposed resort will be developed across an anticipated 16 Acres land parcel. It will feature 225 keys, including 36 villas and 189 guest rooms. Additionally, the development will include four dining outlets comprising an all-day dining restaurant, specialty restaurant, lobby lounge and pool bar. The project will also feature a ballroom, event venues, club lounge, spa, fitness center, swimming pool, retail outlets and parking infrastructure.

The InterContinental Jaipur Achrol Resort will strengthen IHG’s luxury hospitality portfolio in Rajasthan. It will also support hospitality and tourism infrastructure growth in the Jaipur region, particularly in the high-end leisure and destination wedding segment.
