The Uttar Pradesh Real Estate Regulatory Authority (UP RERA) has approved 10 new real estate projects across four districts. The projects involve anestimated combined investment of 1,278 INR-Crore. UP RERA granted the approvals during a meeting chaired by Chairman Sanjay Bhoosreddy. The developments are located in Lucknow, Noida, Agra and Ghaziabad. They include residential, commercial and mixed-use projects.
Lucknow received approval for five residential and one mixed-use project with a combined investment of 438.29 INR-Crore. These projects will add 2,284 housing units. Meanwhile, Gautam Buddha Nagar secured approval for two commercial developments worth 496.27 INR-Crore. The projects will add 981 commercial units, including retail shops and studio spaces. Agra received approval for one residential project valued at 223.04 INR-Crore, which will deliver 761 housing units. Additionally, Ghaziabad secured approval for one commercial project worth 120.88 INR-Crore with 472 commercial units.

The UP RERA housing projects are expected to support residential and commercial development across the four districts. Furthermore, the authority will monitor project execution to ensure compliance with the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act and prescribed timelines. The approved developments are also expected to generate employment during construction while supporting allied sectors such as construction materials, engineering services, transport and logistics.
