Kreeva, the real estate venture of Kanodia Group, has announced a luxury housing project near New Friends Colony in South Delhi. The development involves an estimated investment of over 1,050 INR-Crore. Construction will commence by the end of August 2026.
The project will be developed on a land parcel acquired earlier for around 350 INR-Crore. It is backed by an investment of 260 INR-Crore from ASK Property Fund. The development will span nearly 5 Lakh-SqFt and comprise 114 luxury skyvilla units. It will offer 3.5 BHK residences of about 3,700 SqFt, 4.5 BHK residences of 4,500 SqFt, and 5.5 BHK residences of 5,500 SqFt.

Once completed, the South Delhi housing project will strengthen the supply of premium residential developments in the National Capital Region. It will also cater to the growing demand for luxury housing in South Delhi.
