The Fern Hotels & Resorts has announced the signing of The Fern Nashik, Series by Marriott, in Maharashtra. The hospitality project is scheduled to open in 2028. With this signing, the company’s portfolio of operational and upcoming properties in Maharashtra has increased to 58 hotels. The development forms part of the group’s expansion strategy in the state.
The Fern Nashik will comprise 110 rooms and suites. The project will include an all-day dining restaurant and a specialty restaurant. Additionally, the hotel will feature a conference room and two banquet halls for meetings, conferences, weddings and social events. Guests will also have access to a gym, swimming pool, spa and salon. The property is designed to cater to both business and leisure travelers.

The Fern Nashik project will add new hospitality infrastructure to the city upon completion. Furthermore, the development will strengthen the company’s presence in one of Maharashtra’s key hospitality markets. The project also reflects continued investment in organized hotel infrastructure across the state.
