ITC Hotels Limited has signed a management agreement for Welcomhotel Dehradun Selaqui in Uttarakhand. The signing strengthens ITC Hotels’ presence in Uttarakhand and expands the Welcomhotel brand in North India. The development will be undertaken in partnership with Orions Hospitality.
The Welcomhotel Dehradun Selaqui project will feature 117 guest rooms and suites. The hotel will include an all-day dining restaurant, a rooftop specialty restaurant and a lounge bar. Additionally, the development will provide more than 20,000 SqFt of indoor banqueting space. It will also feature approximately 25,000 SqFt of landscaped outdoor lawns. The property is designed to accommodate business meetings, conferences, weddings and social events.

The Welcomhotel Dehradun Selaqui project will strengthen hospitality infrastructure in one of Uttarakhand’s growing commercial and tourism corridors. Furthermore, the development will expand ITC Hotels’ branded hospitality portfolio in the state. The project reflects continued investment in premium hotel infrastructure driven by rising business activity, improving connectivity and increasing visitor demand.
