Capacit’e Infraprojects secures 482 INR-Crore super high-rise project in Mumbai

Capacit’e Infraprojects Limited has secured a work order worth approximately 482 INR-Crore from Twenty-Five Downtown Realty Limited. The project will be developed at Mahalaxmi in Mumbai. The order covers civil works and civil finishes for Tower T5 under the Super High-Rise category. The contract excludes taxes and cess.

The Capacit’e Infraprojects Mumbai project involves the construction of basements, podiums, a clubhouse, service floors, upper floors, penthouses and the terrace level. The company received the order as part of its regular civil contracting business. Additionally, Capacit’e confirmed that the contract does not qualify as a related-party transaction. The company also stated that its promoters and promoter group have no interest in the awarding entity.

The Capacit’e Infraprojects Mumbai project further strengthens the company’s order book in the high-rise construction segment. Moreover, the repeat order reflects continued construction activity in Mumbai’s premium residential market.
