Vera Vita Living plans an estimated 600 INR-Crore investment to develop Amaya, a senior living community in Hyderabad. The project is part of an anticipated 13 Acres master plan near the Outer Ring Road and Kandlakoya Reserve Forest. In phase 1, the company is planning to develop 256 units across nearly 3 Acres with an investment of 250 INR-Crore.
The company will build Amaya to provide private residences, shared spaces and professionally managed services for active senior living. The residences will be offered in 1, 2, 2.5, 3 and 3.5 BHK configurations ranging from 950-2,400 SqFt.
