Fern Hotels & Resorts signs 4 new properties across India

Fern Hotels and Resorts announced the signing of 4 hotels across India. The signings were finalised in Lucknow, Mumbai, Vadodara, and Gwalior. With these, the company has marked the milestone of 10,000 rooms

The details for the signings: 

  • The Fern, Lucknow: This project, located in Charbagh, will feature 75 well-appointed rooms. Guests can indulge in various amenities such as a banquet hall, a contemporary all-day dining restaurant, a stylish bar, a pool, and many more. The signing of this project has brought the company’s total number of projects in northern India to 21. 
  • The Fern, Navi Mumbai: Located in the Capital Business Park, MIDC, the hotel will feature 154 rooms. Additionally, it will offer a premium banquet hall, all-day dining, a swimming pool, and a well-equipped gym. This project brings the company’s total projects in Maharashtra to 42.

  • The Fern Residency, Vadodara: Located in Alkapuri, Vadodara, this hotel will showcase 83 rooms. Furthermore, it will offer amenities such as a multicuisine restaurant and a banquet hall for social gatherings. The signing of this hotel has brought the total of hotels by the Fern in Gujarat to 33.
  • The Fern Residency, Gwalior: This hotel, designed for business as well as leisure travellers, will consist of 100 rooms. Moreover, guests can enjoy various amenities such as a banquet hall, spa, swimming pool, and various dining options.
