Indian Hotels Company (IHCL), India’s largest hospitality company, has announced the signing of a framework agreement for seven new properties under the Ginger brand across North India. This marks a major step in expanding Ginger Hotels, strengthening the company’s presence in key destinations.
The seven hotel sites will include a mix of greenfield and brownfield developments. The partnership has already commenced with the opening of the 59-key Ginger Gurugram, Sector 1 in Palam Vihar, Haryana. Under this agreement, the pipeline will add more than 1,000 keys across North India. These will be across cities such as Jaipur, Agra, Mathura, Vrindavan, Hisar, and Karnal. All properties will operate through fully fitted lease arrangements, ensuring consistency in quality and service.
