IHG Hotels & Resorts has signed its fourth Garner property with the upcoming Garner Bhiwadi in fast-growing industrial belt of Rajasthan.
Modest Structures Private Limited will develop the 45 Key project under a franchise agreement, while United Hospitality Management (UHM) will manage it. Scheduled to open in 2027, the hotel will feature modern, efficiently designed rooms suited for both short and extended stays. Like other midscale Hotels by IHG in Rajasthan, the property will focus on practical layouts, durable finishes, and cost-efficient construction standards. The project is also expected to include a dining facility and essential business-friendly amenities.

Garner Bhiwadi marks an important milestone as the brand enters the National Capital Region and records its fourth signing in India.
