MHADA invites bids to redevelop PMGP Colony in Mumbai

The Maharashtra Housing and Area Development Authority (MHADA) has invited bids for the redevelopment of PMGP Colony. It spreads across an anticipated 7 Acres in Jogeshwari, Mumbai. This colony consists 17 buildings of ground plus four storeys with 942 residential and 42 non-residential tenements. 

With the redevelopment of PMGP colony, the residents will be provided with a 450 SqFt carpet area in exchange for their current 180 SqFt units. It is expected to be completed in approximately 3.5 years.

The approval for this redevelopment project was received on May 28. Meanwhile, the tender process for the appointment has begun, and bids are expected to be submitted by July 7.
