Developed by Lansum Properties, the project reflects a clear focus on premium hospitality. Meanwhile, RHG will manage hotel operations. Together, the partners aim to deliver a refined and globally aligned hospitality experience.
Radisson Collection Hotel Hyderabad is planned as a 100-key luxury hotel. It will span an anticipated 4 Acres with a development area of approximately 0.58 Million-SqFt. The project’s construction cost is estimated at 290 INR-Crore. Meanwhile, the building will rise across 30 floors, including four basements and a ground floor. Notably, the design integrates large column-free banquet halls at the lower levels.
The layout of Radisson Collection Hotel Hyderabad prioritises privacy, comfort, and premium services. Moreover, it will serve both corporate and leisure segments. Genesis Planners Pvt Ltd leads the architectural design. Meanwhile, ARSA Engineering Consultancy Services Pvt Ltd handles structural engineering.
Recent Updates:
Construction began in 2024 and is currently underway. As of April 2026, the project’s piling work is in progress.
