Tribute Portfolio & The Westin is an upcoming dual-branded luxury hospitality project in Whitefield, Bengaluru, aimed at strengthening the city’s premium hotel inventory and business tourism infrastructure.
Project Overview:
SAMHI Hotels Limited, one of India’s leading hotel ownership companies, has proposed the expansion of its existing “Tribute Portfolio” in Whitefield, Bengaluru. As part of this plan, the company will redevelop and reposition the current Tribute Portfolio hotel, in collaboration with Marriott International. SAMHI will also introduce a new premium hotel under “The Westin” brand within the same development. Through this redevelopment and new addition, the companies aim to strengthen premium hospitality supply in Bengaluru’s IT corridor.
The overall project is planned over an anticipated 2.99 Acres of land parcel, with an approximate construction area of 427,520 SqFt. The estimated construction cost stands at 205 INR-Crore.
The Tribute Portfolio
The Tribute Portfolio Whitefield will feature 142 keys and is expected to open in 2026. The hotel will include curated dining venues such as an all-day dining restaurant, a specialty restaurant, and a lobby lounge. Additionally, it will provide wellness amenities including a swimming pool, fitness center, and spa. The property will also offer 792 SqM of meeting and event facilities designed to serve business and social gatherings.
The Westin
Meanwhile, The Westin Bengaluru will introduce 236 premium rooms and suites and is projected to open in 2028. The hotel will include four food and beverage outlets, a WestinWORKOUT Fitness Studio, the Heavenly Spa by Westin, and a rooftop swimming pool. Furthermore, the project will incorporate 1,380 SqM of flexible meeting and banquet space. Together, both hotels will create a combined inventory of 378 keys, significantly enhancing organised hospitality capacity in the Whitefield micro-market.
V K Thyagarajan and Associates (VKTs) is leading the architectural planning and overall design development of the project. Meanwhile, Evermark Project Solutions is handling the façade design and engineering strategy.
