Hotel Library Club Private Limited has signed the ‘Wyndham Grand Goa Vagator’ hotel project in Vagator, Goa in partnership with Wyndham Hotels & Resorts. The signing was announced on Thursday, April 2. The project will be developed as a 120-key luxury hotel and is scheduled to open in the fourth quarter of 2029.
The hotel will include guest rooms and suites along with social and dining spaces. Planned facilities include an all-day dining restaurant, bar, and specialty restaurant. Additionally, the development will feature a swimming pool, fitness center, and event infrastructure. The project will also incorporate meeting and banquet spaces to cater to MICE and destination events demand.

Once operational, the Wyndham Grand Goa Vagator project will strengthen premium hospitality supply in North Goa. It will also support tourism-driven infrastructure and event-based travel demand in the region.
