The Government of Jharkhand has approved the Jamshedpur bus terminus project near Dimna Chowk in Jamshedpur. The project involves an investment of an estimated 153 INR-Crore and received cabinet approval on Wednesday, April 15. Jharkhand Urban Infrastructure Development Company (JUDCO) will execute the development.
The project will be developed over an anticipated 13 Acres and will include an Inter-State Bus Terminus (ISBT) and a commercial complex. The facility will accommodate 50 buses, 300 cars, and 350 two-wheelers. It will include 23 bus bays, 18 ticket counters, air-conditioned waiting halls, food courts, and dormitories. Additionally, the complex will feature a G+3 structure with two basement parking levels. Infrastructure will also include a Sewage Treatment Plant (STP) and Water Treatment Plant (WTP) to support utilities.

Once operational, the Jamshedpur bus terminus project is expected to improve urban mobility and reduce congestion. It will also support commercial activity and infrastructure growth in the Mango–Dimna corridor.
