The development comprises 8 residential towers configured as G+35. It comprises 1, 2, 2.5 & 3 BHK global luxury homes. The project integrates residential and commercial spaces by including a G-8 storey business complex with office spaces. It further includes G+3 Storeyed High Street Plaza with Multiplex, Restaurants and Banquets inside the premises.
The development will include a range of lifestyle and recreational amenities such as clubhouse facilities, swimming pools, gymnasium, indoor games areas. Furthermore, it will showcase multipurpose halls, landscaped gardens, jogging tracks, children’s play areas, and sports courts. The commercial plaza will also house clubhouse facilities across upper levels. The project will further include 112 EV charging points to support electric mobility infrastructure.
Design architect Dimensions Architects Private Limited has designed the project. Meanwhile, Structural Concept Designs Private Limited is the structural engineering consultant. Anil Verma & Associates is handling MEP consultancy, while Spaceage Consultants is serving as the liaison architect and architect of record.
