Runwal Enterprises has launched the Runwal Meadows Kanjurmarg project in Mumbai. The company announced the new luxury residential development in Kanjurmarg. The project will be developed over approximately 8 Acres as part of the larger 36 Acres township.
It will include multiple high-rise residential towers overlooking a 5 Acres Central Park within the development. Runwal Meadows will offer 2, 3 and 4 BHK residential units with private decks. Additionally, the project will feature over 2,00,000 SqFt of amenities, anchored by a 60,000 SqFt clubhouse. Planned infrastructure includes swimming pools, an indoor temperature-controlled pool, spa, sauna, gym, sports courts, and a business center. The development will also include landscaped gardens, jogging tracks, children’s play areas, a café, temple, senior citizen lounge, and a mini theater.

Once completed, the Runwal Meadows Kanjurmarg project is expected to strengthen the luxury housing segment in Mumbai. It will also contribute to residential supply in Kanjurmarg and support urban development in the eastern corridor.
