Daikin to invest 1,000 INR-Crore in Gurugram for Manufacturing Facility and R&D Center

Daikin India has announced an investment of an estimated 1,000 INR-Crore for the manufacturing project in Haryana. Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini announced the investment on Tuesday, April 2026. The project will involve setting up a new manufacturing facility along with a Research and Development center.

The development will include a state-of-the-art manufacturing plant for air conditioners and related components. Additionally, the company will establish a Research and Development (R&D) center at Manesar. This facility will be positioned as a first-of-its-kind center in India. It will focus on technological innovation and product development. The project will also include supporting industrial infrastructure and utilities required for operations.

The investment is expected to generate employment for over 500 people in the state. It will also strengthen Haryana’s position as a manufacturing and industrial hub. The Daikin Haryana project will further support growth in the HVAC sector and enhance domestic production capabilities.
