Maharashtra issues Letter of Intent to AirTrunk for 2 Lakh INR-Crore Raigad data center project

The Maharashtra Government has issued a Letter of Intent (LoI) to AirTrunk for a proposed data center project in Raigad district. The development involves an estimated investment of 2 Lakh INR-Crore and forms part of the state’s large-scale digital infrastructure expansion plans.

The proposed Raigad data center project will be developed as a hyperscale digital infrastructure facility. It will support cloud computing, data storage, and digital network operations. Additionally, the project is expected to include advanced power infrastructure, high-capacity server facilities, and associated utilities. The development aligns with Maharashtra’s strategy to attract technology investments and strengthen digital infrastructure capacity in the state.
